Rhycom approached us with an idea for their client, KCRAR, and invited us to help shape the creative approach before it was presented. Together, we developed the concept and pitched it to the KCRAR marketing team. Once approved, we moved into production.

Following a collaborative storyboard and script development process, we cast the talent, secured the location, and planned every stage of production. Over the course of a single day, we brought both spots to life, directing talent and recording voiceover on set with the client involved throughout the process.

The campaign centered around two 15-second television spots designed to work together, reinforcing a single message: a Realtor makes the difference. The final campaign carried one creative concept across television, events, and regional distribution.
